Dungeness Bay Kayak tourKayaker and Dungeness LighthouseKayaking Dungeness Bay

Kayaking!!!
What a great way to see the area and exercise too! Launch your boat with our help, from the beach right in front of the Cottages! Paddling out onto Dungeness Bay with all of the birds from the Wildlife Refuge and the seals that live in the protected waters is a magical venture! This is the perfect location for both novice – to get their feet wet – (pun intended!) and experienced kayakers to explore and have a soft adventure.

Our rental fleet consists of 9 single, wide, flat bottom, recreational sea Kayaks.
These are great for the novice because of their stability. Paddles and life jackets included.

Weight limits on all kayaks – some limit at 200 lbs. and some limit at 250 lbs.
Age 13 and older to paddle alone in kayak
Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Want a four hour adventure? Make reservations to land out at Dungeness Lighthouse where you can take a tour up into the Lighthouse, use the picnic facilities (and restrooms and drinking fountain) and walk the tip of Dungeness Spit for an hour or so.
